Day 1
ARRIVE BEIJING
On arrival into Beijing, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Spend
the rest of the day exploring exciting Beijing at your leisure.
Day 2
BEIJING
Today, you will embark upon a full-day tour of Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square
and Temple of Heaven. You can choose the Beijing Opera Show/Kungfu Show as
optional at night. (B)
Day 3
BEIJING/XIAN
After breakfast, visit the Summer Palace and Lama Temple this morning. After

ARRIVED INXIAN,Spend
the day exploring Xian’s ancient monuments, including the Terra Cotta Warriors
and Horses Museum, home to over 8, 000 life-size Terra Cotta Warriors and
Horses. This is followed by visit to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. You can choose a
special Tang Dynasty Dumpling Dinner Show as optional in the evening. (B)
Day 5
XIAN/LHASA
This morning, visit the
Hanyangling Museum, the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi. Then, transfer
to the airport for your flight to Lhasa (3,650 meters above sea level). Lhasa
Gonggar Airport is located 98km south of Lhasa city. On arrival, check in to the
hotel and be acclimatized to the high altitude this afternoon. (B)
Day 6
LHASA
This morning after breakfast, visit the Potala Palace, the winter palace of the
Dalai Lamas, is reputed to contain 1,000 rooms, hundreds upon hundreds of
magnificent thangkas, frescoes, and images. After a western lunch, followed by
visit to the Sera Monastery and the Norbulingka Park, a richly decorated complex
located in a beautiful garden setting, is the traditional summer palace of the
Dalai Lamas. (B)

LHASA/
Namsto
Lhasa-Namsto lake, via Yangbajin hotspring on the way back, overnight in Lhasa.

Lhasa- Gyantse- Shigatse
Drive to Shigatse via Gyantse, Overnight in Shigatse

Day 09
Shigatse-Shegar-Old Tingri-Rongphu Monastery-E.B.C
Today we will have a chance to visit the highest mountain in
the world-Mt.Everest. Overnight in Rongphu

Rongphu- Shegar- Shigatse
In
the morning we will wait for sunrise at Everest Base Camp, hoping you are lucky
guy for that. And you must solve the breakfast problem by yourself. After the
wonderful morning we will go back to Rongbuk and start the journey to Shigatse.
And overnight in Shigatse.

11
Shigaste- Lhasa
In the morning we will go to visit Tashilunpo Monastery, where is also called
the Bachen Lama Set. It was built in 1447 by the first Dalai Lama. In the
afternoon drive back to Lhasa along Yarlong Tasngpo rover by the Nepal
friendship road. And overnight in Lhasa. (B)
Day 12
Lhasa TO SHANGHAI FLIGHT,Free(B)
Day 13
SHANGHAI
A full day city tour has been included to ensure you make the most of your stay
in this modern metropolis. Sights include The Yu Garden, Shanghai Museum and the
wonderful 19th-century Jade Buddha Temple.

for a spot of shopping . You can

After breakfast, enjoy some free time before transferring to the airport for
